Frequently asked questions
What does the audit actually cover?
Positioning and messaging, the conversion path from landing page to signup, search visibility including which queries you already win, paid efficiency where we can see it, and lifecycle email. You get a score against each and a ranked list of fixes.
How long does it take?
Five working days from when you send the details. We do a limited number each month, so there is sometimes a queue.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. The report arrives by email whether or not you ever talk to us. If we think you need paid help, we say so in one line at the end and leave it there.
What do you need from me?
Your site, your rough stage and ACV, and one sentence on what feels broken. Read-only analytics access makes the report much better but is optional.
